　　It is understood that the city-wide network withdrawal target set by Chongqing Telecom this year is 3.03 million line-to-kilometers, accounting for about one-third of the existing copper cable resources; the switch network withdrawal will be completed before June 30, 2016. According to the overall deployment of Chongqing Telecom, the progress of copper withdrawal in 2015 will be controlled in four quarters: the cumulative progress targets for the first quarter to the fourth quarter are 20%, 45%, 70%, and 100% (among which, no less than 80% on October 31st). ), the delivery deadline for copper cable disposal points is November 30 this year. The switch off-network process is managed and controlled according to the three-phase off-network plan before June 30, 2015, from July to November 2015, and from December 2015 to June 2016.
