describe
The twelve-channel parallel optical transceiver module provides highly reliable multi-channel data links for very short-distance high-speed data processing and transmission, solving the bottleneck problem of data transmission. It provides a low-cost, high-density data transmission scheme for the system. The module consists of 12 independent transmitting channels and 12 independent receiving channels, each channel can provide a transmission data rate of 10Gbps, and in multimode fiber, the transmission distance can reach more than 100 meters. The working light wavelength of the module is 850nm.
The module is suitable for various harsh working conditions, with a wide working temperature range, moisture resistance, vibration resistance, and electromagnetic interference resistance. It can be widely used in vehicle, airborne, shipborne, high-altitude and other environments. Products are available in commercial, industrial and military quality grades.
The module provides a two-wire serial data port compatible with the I2C protocol, providing various monitoring and status signals within the module.
25G SFP28 DAC is a 25GBASE-CR direct attach copper cable for data center environment. It provides a high speed, cost-effective alternatives to fiber optics in 25GbE Ethernet applications.
fiber pigtail is typically a fiber optic cable with one end factory pre-terminated fiber connector and the other exposed fiber.
This Article just briefly overviews 10G and 25G Ethernet (25Gb) technologies, focusing on the SFP+ transceiver and SFP28 transceiver.
